Refund policy
Returns
You can receive a full refund or store credit within 30 days of ordering, for items that remain unopened. They must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Ensure the item is returned in its original condition. Please be aware that original shipping charges won't be refunded for returns. Additionally, if items arrive open or tampered with, we cannot issue a refund and must dispose of the product for sanitary reasons.
To start your return, please email hello@bubblepopclub.com with your order number and reason for return along with whether you'd like a full refund or store credit. You may return your items via any delivery service you choose. We do recommend you select a service with tracking to ensure the safe arrival of your items. Please return to:

A credit will be issued to your original payment method within ten business days after we receive the item(s). Please note that your bank may require extra time to process and reflect the credit in your account once they receive this information.
If you chose store credit, a credit will be issued within 2-3 business days of items returned. This will be emailed to you in the form of a coupon code. Store credit does not expire.
**Please note, all holiday themed products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Online Purchases
If you believe you've received a defective product, kindly reach out to us at hello@bubblepopclub.com, providing your order number, name of the defective item, and a clear photo of the defective item. Photos are crucial for us to assist you effectively. Upon confirming the defect, we'll gladly offer you either a replacement or a refund, depending on our available inventory, credited back to your original payment method or as store credit.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. To cancel your order, please send an email to hello@bubblepopclub.com with your order number. If it's been more than 12 hours, your order may already be processed or in transit and cannot be canceled, but you can still return it once received.
Although we endeavor to process orders promptly, cancellations within 12 hours may be challenging. In such instances, we'll gladly provide a full refund if shipment is returned.
