Order Fulfillment

Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days upon receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Please be aware that occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Orders are dispatched from Greenville, SC.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress anytime. For standard shipping, your order will be dispatched via USPS, ensuring swift delivery within 3-5 business days (excluding processing time) within the US.

Delivery Delays

Although we strive to expedite order shipments, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times or assume responsibility for transit delays. In case of significant delivery delays, we recommend reaching out to your local post office with your tracking number to expedite the shipping process. Once your order is in transit, we have limited information about its whereabouts. For delivery inquiries, please contact the mail carrier directly.

Damaged Orders

Any claims for damaged items must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery. Please examine your items promptly upon receipt. To file a claim, contact hello@bubblepopclub.com and provide images of the damaged products. Claims submitted after 5 business days of delivery will not be handled. Retain all damaged packaging materials, including the box and its contents. We will document the issue with the carrier to initiate a damage claim, facilitating the refund or replacement of your item by the carrier. Failure to retain packaging materials will prevent us from processing a damage claim with the carrier.

Holiday Shipping

During the holiday shopping season, there is an increase in shipments, which may strain carriers and result in delayed packages. While Bubble Pop Club endeavors to expedite the processing and shipping of your orders, we cannot be accountable for transit delays during this busy period. To ensure timely delivery, we encourage you to shop early.

Lost Items

Please be aware that we cannot be held liable for any lost items.

We understand that occasionally items may go astray during transit.

If your package has been marked as delivered by the mail carrier but you haven't received it, please ensure that you've provided the correct address when placing your order. If there's an error, your order is likely en route back to us, and we'll promptly resend it to the correct address.

Should your address and information be accurate, please contact your local post office. After 15 days from the initial delivery, you can initiate a missing mail search with USPS. Kindly provide us with the search ID so we can assist you further. Please reach out to us within one month of the delivery date indicated in your tracking link. Inquiries submitted after one month will not be accepted.

Missing Items

If you find that your order is missing items upon receipt, please review your order/shipping confirmation to confirm whether the missing items were indeed included in your order. We're pleased to provide replacements for missing items with the same items initially ordered. If the missing item(s) is out of stock, we will assess each case individually. To report a missing item, please contact us at hello@bubblepopclub.com within 5 days of delivery.

Stolen Items

Kindly be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for any stolen items. Should your package be stolen, we recommend filing a mail theft claim with USPS and lodging a complaint with your local police station.

Failed Delivery

In the event that your order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will initiate a return process for your order. Please be aware that shipping fees will not be refunded if the order is returned due to customer error.

Incorrect Address

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address during order checkout, it is equally our responsibility to ship to the address provided by the buyer. Please ensure the correctness of your shipping address when placing your order.

Regrettably, in the event of a package being delivered to the wrong address due to an error on your part, providing a refund or replacement becomes challenging. If you can access the location or contact the current resident, we recommend reaching out to them regarding your package. Additionally, you may consider submitting a missing mail request to USPS to facilitate its return to you.
